Tips for Overcoming Extreme Stage Fright

1. no one knows about it – except you (they are just expecting a presentation).

2. the majority of people listening to you – WANT you to Succeed!
3. imagine YOURSELF naked! in front of all those people – ahhh! but really, if you were, worrying about how your
presentation goes is the last thing on your mind – be yourself completely, just as you’re comfortable walking around your own home naked – feel the same level of confidence – whatever it is you do.

4. Have a Plan and Stay Present – focus on the moment look to the future.
5. Imagine it going really well, imagine everyone loving it, loving you and thanking you -
6. Imagine they are all your good friends – quietly cheering you on (see 2)
7. learn to breathe deeply and TRUST yourself, and TRUST LIFE! – the entire cosmos wants you to relax and be yourself completely
7a. It’s not just “safe to be yourself” but in fact your absolute responsibility.
