Q. What is an Urban Guru?

Everyone needs an Urban Guru; someone who believes in your abilities but can also help you set clear goals towards achieving the life you want. Having helped you to identify these goals, the Urban Guru will help you to prioritise them and encourage you to believe that they really are achievable. You might need to work on your health and fitness, stress management or personal finances, for example, to get where you want.

Sometimes we limit ourselves and cap our potential. Many talented people develop the belief that they are destined to remain in their current situation. This is usually the problem.

Spiritual Life Enhancement helps you to break negative belief patterns and set challenging aspirations. The Guru, applies mentoring, values assessment, behaviour modification, behaviour modelling, goal-setting, and other techniques in assisting you.

Urban Guru provides professional: Spiritual Life Enhancement, Life-Coaching, Stress Reduction and Management, Lifestyle Consultancy, Business Mentoring and Executive Coaching.

Who is the Urban Guru?

I am a guide, a merchant of ideas, a mentor, a friend, a mirror, someone to talk to, an urban guru of sorts and a barefoot doctor of the soul.

I originally studied to be rabbi, and spent in excess of five years studying in New York and Israel. But eventually left the seminary to discover my own spiritual path.

I went to university and completed a masters and doctorate in religion and theology, with a particular emphasis on practical mysticism.

I’ve been a practising Spiritual Life Coach since 2000, and I’d like the opportunity to help you discover your own unique spiritual path.
