Feeling really positive about yourself, about your body and your life takes a huge amount of energy. Comparable to a rocket leaving the gravitational pull of the earth, but once clear of the first 2 miles or so, it’s plain sailing.
Really believing, and breathing in, I am BEAUTIFUL and ‘i love my lovely body’ takes a lot of energy, especially if over the years a lot of time an effort went in the opposite direction (i feel ugly or plain etc..)
But after some intense energy and effort in believing that you are already perfect and lovely and beautiful and sexy and gorgeous and yummy and delicious and wonderful and fabulous and amazing and sensual and pretty and fit etc… etc… (use your own thesaurus!)
and after sending your body some TLC and messages of love, etc…
Once you do start to celebrate your body - being alive accepting as it is - it will respond, and the rest of it is easy/ plain sailing.
It’s ultimately about changing the way we see ourselves, our body identity, who we believe we really are and what we truly believe we deserve.
Anyways - good luck
