I don’t believe in Gurus, Teachers, Messiahs, Rabbis, Priests or Healers – I believe that each of us are ultimately our own teachers, messiahs, etc…
as I’ve said before:
“There is no Messiah, except the messiah that says you are your own messiah!”
If you believe in a Guru, you give your power away to them, you don’t look within for the answers, you loose touch with yourself and ultimately it’s a form of spiritual idolatry!
So give up your searching for the answer, stop looking outside of yourself for the answers you know deep down are within you.
Loose your gurus, let them go!
Look in your mirror and behold the true, the real, the only true answer you will ever get – Behold YOU are the Urban Guru!
Sorry but it’s true!
Enlighenment, can be found on the side of a cornflakes box or never discovered learning all the sacred writings.
The Urban Guru blog hopes to be a good balance of Cornflake box reading mixed with a little sacred writing.Â
Ani maamin…
Boruch? are you saying that you belive in the Urban Guru? or that the Urban Guru is a heretic? Because this teaching is actually from the Rebbe!
Got to the site via dead link and WhoIs. Holy stuff. Interesting tribe of Israel opting into the revolution.
